How to Book: Telephone Triage
There are two ways to book: in the post with a cheque or online with a credit card. Either way is perfectly acceptable and if you have any problems please contact us.
Book by post with a cheque
Download this booking form, then complete it and send it along with a cheque for £195 to the address on the bottom of the form. Unless you specifically request a postal confirmation, you will receive an email acknowledgement once it has been received.
Book online with a credit card in two easy steps
First, fill out the form below and then click on 'Send'. After you have done that, click on the 'Buy Now' button to pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal. (You do not have to have or create a Paypal account.)
